Ron and Pat Hoffman led a great cruise on Saturday to Blackwater Falls - I set up a GoPro in my windshield and caught some chase video behind the leaders, and thought I'd share here.

Please note - the clips are not necessarily in chronological order, more like highlights than documentation.

Also, apologies for the camera angle at times - the camera tries to use gyroscopes and AI to stabilize and the WV twisties and sweepers were too much for it at times.  I swear, it was mounted levelly!

To all out there who have replaced their Miata car batteries.....especially those with NA models, 1989 to 1998 with the battery in the trunk. What have you used and what are your experiences?

If your car is an NA model with inherent vibration at 65 miles an hour, or if you are just looking for vibration free driving at any speed with any of the four iterations of the Miata, I have a suggestion.

The Hunter Road Force Balance Machine.

Not available at most tire shops, these machines mimic the tire on an actual road as it completes the balance process.  This is the best balance I have experienced.

Discount tire on McKnight road has three of these machines and they will be glad to demonstrate this method while you watch.

This is a new foray by this National chain in to western Pennsylvania and they do nothing but tires, mounting and balancing and they do it better than anyone.

I would go out of my way to go there for my tire needs, and I do.  They want to have a tech session for our club when we are Covid Clear.  Tell them Bobby from the Miata club sent you.  You will not regret it!
