Lenny's Classic Car Collection Cruise
On Saturday July 11th
, we will be departing from the Sheetz in Blairsville taking
Miata back roads to Altoona PA. We will have lunch at the Park Hills Golf and Grille. After
a relaxing lunch, we will continue on to Lenny's Classic Car Collection. This collection is
housed in the former Willys Overland building that produced Jeeps for many years. After
purchasing the building, Lenny converted it into a first class restoration facility. Not the
largest collection, but certainly one of the highest quality collections in the country. I got a
first class private tour by Wayne Farabaugh, who does all the restorations in the
collection. He and possibly Lenny with be giving our group a private tour. Of course we
will finish the cruise with an ICE CREAM stop.

Saturday was an awesome day. Lenny's Car Collection is a private collection. Lenny's gave us the tour. He.had 20.cars on floor. All have gone to shows and won trophies and 7 of them are National winners. Nothing like a classic car, they don't make them like they use to. Each car had a story. Each car was restored to peefection. Lenny loves his cars which he convened to us. It is the best car museum we ever been to. Very glad we went I wouldn't have missed it.

Great cruise and a great museum. It was the best collection of British cars I have ever seen. The fact that Lenny gave us a personal tour and gave us the back story on every car was an added benefit. Thanks to Jim for organizing this cruise.
